Shipping policy

UK Orders:

To ensure your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible, we choose the best courier (typically Evri, Royal Mail, or InPost) based on your location and order size. Courier selection may change at dispatch, but we will always send you full tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

International Orders:

We process international orders through Shopify Managed Markets so all duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout for a seamless delivery experience. In rare cases where your local customs office requests additional fees or information upon arrival, these will need to be handled directly with them.
